Final Assessment (Miss Havisham) - Part 2

Overall, I was very satisfied with how this recreation of the look turned out. I feel that I was able to create the look in pretty much the exact same way - I think the wrinkles/creases were in the same places and were of the same colour and strength, and I believe the bridal make-up also looked the way it was previously. Therefore, I think the continuity of my look and my character was quite strong and would be effective if it was used on separate occasions in film/TV.

My work station
Recreating the creases and wrinkles
Recreating the eyeshadow

Finishing off the face by adding contouring, blusher, highlighter and rouge lips
Recreating the plaited bun
Recreating the curls

Adding the veil
The final look
Final Images:

Upon comparison of the 2 sets of final images, you are able to notice that the lighting is different - it is brighter in the 2nd set of images, so this slightly affects the way the make-up is shown. However, it is key to remember that it would not be my job, as a make-up artist/hair stylist, to set up the lighting and cameras in the TV/film set.
